Sunday Morning Community Soul Time and Meditation

Sean will share stories about Hanuman, Hanuman/Ram and Sita kirtan, followed by 20 minutes of quiet mediation. By donation. All proceeds go to charity.

Sunday Morning Community Soul Time and Meditation offers an intentional space to come and savor spiritual practice and meditation. Each week a different Wild Lotus teacher guides a 30 minute experience followed by a period of 20-30 minutes of quiet meditation. Practices include: visualization, readings, chanting, stories, dance, breathing, artwork, journaling, philosophy, and more. By donation. All donations given to a different charity each month.
